As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup), immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets and prompt payment of balances due. We will make every attempt to reach you if we cannot gain access to your yard for any reason before leaving your home without cleaning. We want to provide service for you.


Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible. We work through rain and will wait out any potential hazardous conditions such as lightening. If in the rare instance that we cannot complete your service due to weather, we will contact you as soon as possible to make arrangements to reschedule your service.


If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please ​let us know in advance to ​pause the service.


We will require dangerous or potentially dangerous dogs be kept inside so that we can safely clean your yard. We will be happy to send you a notification we are on our way so that the dog(s) may be put and kept inside. Please ask and we will set this up for you.


Your bill will show an Average Monthly Rate. This rate will be the same each month, unless you change the frequency or number of dogs. The Average Monthly Rate is calculated by taking your per cleanup rate and determining the weekly cost, multiplying it by 52 weeks, and dividing by 12 months. You will always know how much your monthly charge will be, regardless of how many cleanups were completed in the calendar month, so it is easier to budget and set up recuring payments. We operate on a monthly billing cycle, with payments made in advance for each month of service. The payment for your first month will be due on the date of your initial service, and subsequent payments will be charged on the first of each month thereafter. 


​We are fully insured (general liability, umbrella and workers compensation policies) and will gladly provide copies of any policies at the client's request.


Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.


We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or misuse of gates or fences. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. 


Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.


By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
