Premium – and renowned – pooper scooper services

We have used DW for long enough now that I can't remember.  They are super efficient, responsive to inquiries, and just all around professional.  Clearly they love animals, especially dogs.  I'm so glad this company exists.  Once my husband and I got busier at work, and then busier in general with a new baby, we felt badly that we weren't keeping the yard up as well as we used to, and even worse that our two dogs might suffer, not to mention it making our yard less-usable to us and guests.  We love that DW comes and does a weekly clean sweep so that we can just touch things up in between.  Like having someone clean my home, I wasn't sure about how long I'd be able to see the value in this service, but now I can't imagine living without either.  I'll work more, eat out less, whatever to keep both services in my life.  The staff is friendly, responsive, and upbeat and have good sense of humor on top of that.  This is such a great service, I wish I'd thought of it, frankly.  Lastly, I love that they dispose of the waste in an eco-friendly manner.

LOVE this service. We've used them for almost 3 years, and I have not had one single complaint. They are almost invisible in their work, except for the days that I forget to close the dog door and my 3 crazy dogs run out and catch them in the scooping act.  Even then, our scooper is patient and calm with my barking dogs. Always very thorough, too. Wednesday is our "let's go play in the yard" day. Would highly recommend to anyone, as it is worth every penny and more not to worry about this task!

I didn't know you could hire a "pooper scooper service" but it turns out you sure can! Once a week they locate and pickup all the "dog mounds" from the yard and take it away with them. It never needs to smell up the trash can and I don't have to go out and deal with it myself anymore. Competitive pricing. Very friendly staff.

What motivated me to write this review is that Dirty Work went above and beyond the call of duty last week.  In July were hired to come out once a week and clean/scoop & remove the dog waste from my pregnant sister's backyard.  They have always done a , complete job, and always leave a door hanger for her that they were by and cleaned that week, invoicing me once a month. Last week my sister's regular "scooper" technician noticed what he believed was her dog running around a nearby neighborhood when he was at another client's home.  He coaxed her dog into his truck, returned Burt to my very grateful sister, and then Dirty Work helped her get some leftover wood from a project in the garage to put over the hole Burt had dug under the fence.  Dirty Work wouldn't accept a tip, and just said he wanted to provide good service and help out Burt and my sister. I am very pleased with how turn-key easy it has been to work with them, and how helpful and thorough they have been. 

Outstanding! We moved to ATL from Minneapolis where we used a similar service. Upon moving here, I found Dirty Work on google and gave them a call. They responded promptly and scheduled an initial "scooping", and then set my weekly day. On their first visit they left us a welcome bag with treats for the dogs and info for us. Every week after they leave a flyer on the door letting us know that the yard's been scooped. During our last cleaning, the person doing the scooping noticed that one of the dogs may have worms and immediately let us know. This absolutely amazed me, and I can't tell you how impressed I am with this. They have been very good about email communications and their invoicing system is easy and can be paid online.  I highly recommend this company! They provide a great service and are obviously dog lovers who care.
