How it works, step by step
Here is how it goes. We do the heavy lifting.
- 1. Free site assessment. We walk the property with you and note where residents walk their dogs, what is already in place and how much cleaning is needed.
- 2. A placement map your board can approve. We recommend spots for the stations and mark them on a map, so everyone agrees before anything goes in the ground.
- 3. A written proposal. A flat monthly rate for stations and service, in writing, with no long-term contract.
- 4. Call Before You Dig. Before we dig, we have the site location checked through Call Before You Dig (811), so underground utilities are marked and the spot is approved.
- 5. Installation and ongoing service. We install the stations, and the same crew keeps them emptied, cleaned and stocked on a set schedule.
Questions first-timers ask
- Do we have to buy bags from you? No. Bags are optional. If you supply your own, we restock with yours. If we supply them, you are billed only for what is used.
- What if residents do not use a station? Stations only work where people actually walk their dogs. Moving a station to a better spot often fixes low use without buying new equipment.
- Are we locked into a contract? No long-term contract. Service can be canceled with 60 days’ notice.
- Who do we call when something needs attention? One company, one number: 404-876-9333. Same-day response.
What every station visit includes
- Emptying the bins and hauling the waste away at no added charge
- Restocking bags when supplied
- Picking up waste within 6 feet of the station
- Checking each station and reporting any problems
- Posting status and photos to the customer portal
